About Me
I am the Graphic Design & Visual Communications Department Coordinator at FIDM in San Francisco. I have a B.A. in Studio Art with an emphasis in Photography from San Jose State University and an M.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute in Design + Technology.
My professional career includes time spent as a Window Designer for Farrell's Ice Cream Parlors; a Production Artist, Art Director and Production Manager for various multimedia companies; a Graphic and Textile Designer for Esprit Corporation; and, Map Designer for the Burning Man organization.
My artwork has been featured at the Works Gallery, ProArts Gallery, Diego Rivera Gallery, Exploratorium, and a public art piece in Oakland. My maps have been published in books and magazines as well as blogs and online reviews. I continue to do freelance photography and design in addition to my fine art practice and teaching.
