Located at the end of Santa Cruz Avenue in downtown Los Gatos near the Highway 17 on-ramp, is my latest Public Pop Dot, Sun Powered Outlet. The meter sits alongside an EV charging station. When the City of Los Gatos put out their call for concepts to place art on utility boxes around town, they asked for submissions with an environmental theme. This update of the Outlet Pop Dot was their choice. Below are the all the designs submitted in the initial proposal.
